Return Policy
At Zento Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot return products which are damaged by customer, unless customer has a proof that it came damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or Exchange on Sale (such as Summer/winter/autumn Eid or items/Stock Clearance Sale or Discounted Articles or Discount Code used order.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Only regular priced items are eligible for returns; sale items and customized items are non-returnable.
- Returns must be initiated within 07 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item(s) like Invoice No. Date of Order, Amount of Order etc., you wish to return.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization and obtain instructions for returning your item(s).
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
- Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please ensure that your return package is adequately protected and includes a tracking number for your reference.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) & after approval 30% will be deducted from original amount and rest of the amount will be transferred to customer’s proffered payment method. we will process your refund or store credit, as applicable, within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Shipping Charges, Bank Charges, Taxes or any other charges charged by 3rd party will not be refunded.
